MEDIATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Linda has participated in comprehensive mediation training and is currently a member of the EEOC pro-bono mediation panel.  She has conducted numerous employment mediations and has utilized mediation techniques in resolving employee grievances and in negotiating labor issues at the bargaining table.   

Whether engaging in the interactive process to determine appropriate accommodations or facilitating a "work-together" agreement between co-workers, supervisors, and/or management personnel, Linda utilizes structured mediation techniques she has perfected throughout her career to resolve differences and facilitate productive work environments.
